The entire chair is top quality and easy to assemble. I sit in the chair over 8 hours per day and find it very comfortable. The chair has nice padding, it's smooth rolling, and has lots of adjustments.

This is a very comfortable ergonomic home office chair. Well-constructed, comfortable, and fully adjustable, the chair is perfect for working or entertaining at home. The height of the chair backrest reaches my head, providing full support for my entire back.

This was bought as an office chair replacement, so in some ways difficult to evaluate as the old chair was not great otherwise I wouldn't have had to replace it!
Its very comfy and seems very sturdy/heavy but the real value will come after months of usage!
The positives - very comfy to sit in, the little back cushion seems great and I think it looks great!
The negatives - its not simple to put together but the 2 main issues for me are 1) its made in China (why cant we make these things more locally rather than shipping the half way around the world?) and 2) the ridiculous amount of non recyclable plastic used to pack the numerous parts of the chair.
Had I known either of those things prior to purchase I would not have bought it! The boulies website does not give the place of manufacture, instead stating that the chair is shipped from Essex, which I'm sure is true but rather misses the point and sort of infers that the chair is made locally!
In summary, the chair is fine, its a shame about the other things!
