Even with high-grade products and strict quality control, the possibility of defects cannot be eliminated entirely. Therefore, we aim at providing the highest possible level of reliability and convenience by offering a Boulies Warranty and direct, fast and straightforward RMA service.

Boulies Ltd. warrants the Boulies-branded product(Boulies™, Titanium Series) contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Boulie's published guidelines. Boulies's published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

What Boulies Warranty cover

  • Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery.
  • Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery.
  • Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
  • Major defects in the functionality of hydraulics, armrests, backrest recline, and casters.

What Boulies Warranty NOT cover

  • Wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
  • Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by BOULIES LTD.
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
  • Damage inflicted against the chair.
  • Color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials.
  • Office Accessories have a one year warranty.

How to apply Boulies Warranty

Subject to the following:

  • to benefit under this warranty, Boulies must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to our service email:
  • where Boulies has determined that a benefit under this warranty may be claimed, the costs incurred in replacing such defective part or material (including in particular the cost of materials or postage) shall be borne by Boulies;
  • any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only;
  • any replacement parts shall be sent to the address of the original purchaser;
  • components replaced under this warranty may vary in colour and texture to the original; and
  • to the extent permitted under the applicable law of the buyer's country, all parts replaced or repaired under this warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Limited warranty

Boulies reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed. Any item requiring replacement due to any of the Exclusions will be at the purchaser’s expense. Boulies reserves the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Such replacement or repair is offered by Boulies at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted under the applicable Federal and State law of the United Kingdom.

This warranty is in addition to any rights a consumer may have under the applicable Federal and State law of the United States of America. Any paragraph of this warranty which is unenforceable or void at law is to be severed and the rest of this warranty will remain in force.

This warranty will end immediately if the Product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial-use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of these terms and conditions herein. For the purposes of any warranty protection from Boulies, all subsequent purchasers acquire the Product "as is".

Returns

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.

If you would like to return your chair, you must ship returning items back to us within 30 days of purchase. Excludes clearance items. Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange and refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the chair has been received, an inspection of the chair will take place. If the package is completely factory sealed, a 10% restocking fee will apply. If the package has been opened, and/or the chair has been assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

If the customer is unable to receive the package and would like Boulies to attempt to reship the package, the cost of shipping is then the responsibility of the customer.

Boulies will not waive restocking fees for any returned damaged goods.

Please allow 10-15 business days after your chair has been received by our warehouse to allow us to inspect your return and process your refund. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 days for the return/credit process and for it to be posted on your credit card. You will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase was made, (i.e. if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited.) The purchase-refund, less any exchange/return/restocking fees, will be made within 30 days of return, and may be delayed due to any damage claim by the carrier.

Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made by e-mail as soon as possible and must be prior to shipment. Any e-mail messages requesting an order to be changed or canceled that is received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Any order refused after it has been shipped will be treated as a return and other costs, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs will be deducted/charged. Any order refused upon delivery (unless previously arranged through our Customer Service Department) will be treated as a return and shipping & handling costs will be deducted/charged.

We hopes every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations, but we fully understand that it is not always possible and we will gladly try to work with you towards a mutually agreeable solution.

The above policies are subject to change without notification.

Refunds

Refund amount depends on inspection results, less shipping, and other discretionary fees. Please allow a minimum of 30 days to complete your refund.

We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that are refused at the destination, has been soiled, damaged or have parts missing.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, including residential fees.

Any canceled orders will be refunded within up to 48 hrs.

Free Shipping

Boulies Chair provides free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary.

Shipping Region

Boulies Chair only has the capacity to ship orders to UK, DE, FR, IT, ES. We are not able to offer shipping to other EU countries at this time(except for wholesale orders). We are also not able to offer shipping to any PO Boxes or APO addresses unless it is linked to a street address, because the Ground service we offer does require a street address to be provided.

Tracking

Once your tracking number has been generated, we will send a email to you, it also will be posted under the order information when you log into your account on our website. Please check the ORDER HISTORY tab to obtain all of your order and tracking information so you can be aware of when to anticipate delivery.

Shipping Damage

Boulies ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come direct from our manufacturer so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at service@boulies.com and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Consent

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at service@boulies.com.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Third-party services

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
