This is an excellent chair, I have friends who went for the more well known expensive chairs. I've sat in them and this chair is of at very least the same quality at 2/3 the price! Highly recommended
I bought a white Boulies Master and I've had it a couple of months. I really like it. The first thing I found out is that it's almost certainly the same manufacturer as Noblechairs as the word noblechairs was in the instructions where they forgot to delete it. So it's the same chair as the Hero but for less money and with more choice of colour. It's comfortable and I love the ability to recline and rock as well as have the back upright for support. The only downsides are the height of the lumbar support is not adjustable and the front edge of the seat could be more rounded and soft. After a few weeks the front edge has softened a little or my legs have got used to it and it's not noticeable. Before buying this chair I was worried about it not being high enough but at it's highest height it's just right with my Ikea desk that I've raised using some 40mm wood. I'm 6ft tall. If you're much taller I asked support and you can swap out the gas lift for a higher one like this : https://www.amazon.co.uk/BiMi-black-Straight-Office-Chair/dp/B004NLQNKI/ref=sr_1_14?crid=VQLDA85H3R76&dchild=1&keywords=gas+lift+for+office+chair&qid=1599808311&sprefix=gas+lift+for+%2Caps%2C429&sr=8-14
I spent weeks looking for the perfect home office chairs, since I'm working at home due to the pandemic. This is by far the best chair around for this price range - Works brilliantly and is very comfortable. Would fully recommend!
After i required a return the item both through the official page message and emailing they are ignoring and never responding i never had such a issue in my life with any other company. This is ridiculous they say they respond in '24 hours' that's actually a big lie , they might respond if you are interest to buy the chair and have questions but if you want to return or have any issue they are hiding like rats i am so disappointed.
The rollers work great, the chair is comfortable, built to last, the material its made of feels nice, it has a good sized seat backing and even feels sturdy when you lean back and lock it (I am 185lbs so not straining it much however). But... I will say one thing that I don't care for too much and its the arm rests, they don't slide towards the back far enough for how I set my chair backing and it makes the gap too large. The arm rests also don't go up and down as much as i would prefer as well, and they overall have no comfort to them, i have to use a mini pillow on them to keep my arms from hurting after sitting for long periods.
