This is my second Boulies Master chair, I had the first edition one with the lumbar pillow but I saw that they have updated the chair with the built in lumbar support which is even more comfier!!
I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a chair which can be seated on for long hours doing work, gaming or even just kicking back relaxing!
had a week now its brilliant except lifting pistol came faulty, contacted the boulies and they sent the replacement one.
Its comfortable and feels good quality too. Only the the arms I have slightly disappointed with they are bit wobbly, shame otherwise would be good competitor to noble and secretlab
For somone that sits in front of a computer for about 10hrs a day, I must admit the master series chair is very comfortable.
The chair has almost all the adjust I need and get comfortable very easily.
My only criticisms would be at 6"4 it would be nice if I could adjust the height of the back rest as sometime I feel my head is higher that the back rest.
The pillow keeps popping off the top which I thing a bit of rubber stitched into the elastic strap would sort.
Good quality and confortable
To start, the shipping was delayed due to covid-19 which is no problem, however it said there would be tracking for when it is shipped, this never happened.
The chair itself is amazingly comfy, the adjustment system enables a lot of customization and the whole product feels very sturdy, my only downside to this chair is the arm rests, they feel good to rest on but moving them around and changing their position is a nightmare, it's very stiff as its completely plastic.
Overall it is a very good product, especially because it is around £100 cheaper than similar alternatives from other brands.
TLDR; Very comfy and sturdy, cheaper than other similar chairs, armrests are very stiff and hard to move.
