Free Standard Shipping

Boulies offers free standard shipping via FedEx on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase required. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Areas

Boulies currently ships only to valid street addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.

We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO addresses, as FedEx requires a complete physical street address for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details. This information will also be available in your account under “Your Order > View Detail”. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.

Items Damaged in Transit

Boulies products are shipped in their original protective packaging to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@boulies.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its external packaging so that we can assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

  • Most in-stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

  • Yes, our chairs require self-assembly, but the process is straightforward. Clear assembly instructions are included in the box, and you can also watch step-by-step assembly videos on our YouTube channel.
