Last month the chair started to squeak whenever I leaned back, so I sent boulies support a quick video. They got back to me really fast and talked me through a few things to check. Turned out it was probably the gas lift, and as it was still under warranty they sent me a replacement part. Honestly didn’t expect it to be sorted that quickly.
We’ve got one elite and one ninja pro at home, both around 2-3 years old now, and they’re still really comfortable. No complaints about the quality at all, and the customer service has been spot on. Big thanks to Jeff as well for being so helpful and patient with me.

Had this elite chair for a few months now and it’s been solid so far. I use it mainly for work, with a bit of gaming, and it’s super comfy. The armrests have plenty of adjustment, the recline is smooth, and the back support is better than I expected. Assembly was fairly straightforward too.

Solid chair for work and gaming

It feels sturdy, the whole frame is firm but comfortable, and the back pillow gives decent support during long work and gaming sessions. Easy to adjust and looks smart too.

The chair feels very solid and well made, the seat is firm but still comfortable for long hours, easy to adjust the chair to a comfortable position for both work and gaming also looks great and feels like it should last a long time.

The lumbar and head pillows sit nicely together and give me support in all the right places. When I recline all the way back, I sometimes get so comfy I could easily fall asleep. The fabric feels nice and hard-wearing.
Hopefully it holds up well for a long time.
