Comfortable straight out of the box. The mesh is breathable, and even after sitting for 8+ hours a day it never feels stuffy. The chair feels very supportive overall, although the seat and back are a little on the firm side.

I deal with lower back pain, so the lumbar support was one of the main reasons I went with the EP460 chair. It has some angle adjustment - not a huge range, but it happens to hit my lower back in just the right spot and gives me the support I need.
The backrest height is adjustable too, but heads up, it has set positions. If you pull it all the way past the highest setting, it drops back down to the lowest. I didn’t realize that at first and thought something was broken until support explained it 😅
The mesh is breathable and the seat feels supportive without being too firm. If you spend long hours at a desk every day, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a look.
