What are the differences between the different series chairs of boulies?

Master Series: Designed for home/office use with firm seat cushion and built-in lumbar pillow for better back support.

Elite Series: The backrest design of this series is more ergonomic and perfectly fits the human spine, with a comfortable soft seat cushion.

Ninja Pro Series: Seat cushion is similar to the Elite series, with racing-style design backrest for ultimate comfort and support.

Fit Series: A multi-award winning chair that has a minimalist and elegant design. It adjust to your spine's position, with adjustable seat cushion, backrest, lumbar pillow, and armrests for optimal sitting posture.

Effectual Series: Features a mesh design with various adjustable features for better ventilation. It is important for people who tend to sweat or feel hot easily.

How do I know if a boulies chair will be a good fit for me?

We've designed our chairs to be as adjustable as possible, taking into consideration that people have varying weights and height. Should you have any concerns, please refer to the measurements provided on each chair's detail page. Comparing the measurements of your current chair against those provided on our Resources page can be helpful as a reference.

What's the difference between EP200 and EP460?

Both the EP200 and EP460 Series share features like the tilt mechanism, armrests, and gas lift, but they also offer distinct advantages.
Mesh Fabric: The EP460 uses a hybrid mesh for a softer, breathable seating experience, ensuring comfort and airflow.
Backrest Height Adjustment: The EP460 introduces a new backrest height adjustment feature, allowing users to customize the chair to fit their body perfectly. This enhancement provides better support and helps in maintaining a healthy posture.
Backrest Design: EP200 offers four-way adjustable lumbar support, allowing users to tailor their comfort. EP460 Series provides specialized support for lower back pain.
Footrest: Only EP460 Series has retractable footrest, extending to provide leg support for enhanced lower limb comfort.

Should i choose WATER REPELLENT FABRIC or ULTRAFLEX PU?

Kindly choose the right material based on your needs. The following is the introduction of them:

The ULTRAFLEX PU with microfiber suede ensure durability while also considering comfort and softness. Easy to clean with regular wiping.

Water repellent fabric is woven with high-strength fibers. While ensuring breath-ability, a layer of coating has been added to make the fabric waterproof. Ideal for people who sweat a lot.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Wallet, Apple Pay and credit cards like Visa, Master or American Express right now. In addition, we provide our customers with flexible payment options through Klarna or Paypal (pay in 3 with no fee)1. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for most online orders expect the remote areas. Or you can upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once you place the order, we will arrange the shipment so please do contact our support team at the first time. We can change or cancel your order once only when it has not been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is picked up by courier, we'll send you a shipment notification email that includes your order's tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the status of your package on the carrier's website. Also, you can find the shipping information in your account - order detail.

How do I use my coupon code?

Desktop / Laptop / Tablet PC :
Enter your coupon code in the “coupon code” field at the right side of checkout page and click apply.

Smartphone :
1. Click the "Show order summary" section.
2. Enter your coupon code in the “coupon code” field at the right side of checkout page and click right arrow button.

What I should do when I have placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email?

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your email address on the website and check your spam folder for the confirmation email, as it may be filtered there. The order confirmation should be sent right away. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours, kindly contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

When will I get my items?

Our warehouses are situated in California. Typically, it takes one working day to process your order and 4-7 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Warranty, Return & Refund

What is Boulies Warranty?

Our chairs are made and design to be long-term use, therefore we had Boulies Warranty.

All functionality portions of the chair are covered (besides aesthetics defects & misuse of the chair), if your chair is under warranty, all you need to do is use our contact tool or drop us an email in image or video of relevant defect to support@boulies.com.

Boulies reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

We offer returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery, without restock fees.

How do I know if my chair is under warranty?

Install & Availability

I can’t find screws. Where are they?

All screws are preinstalled into the holes of chair aside from the 2x M6 screws which are located in the small bag with the allen keys.

A piece of my product has broken. What do I do?

Please contact us through our contact form or drop us an email at support@boulies.com with a photo of the broken part and your order number. We’ll help you there.

My chair arrived but a part/some parts of my chair were not attached like they are in the instructions.

We sometimes will change the components of our chair to improve the quality of our products. Please refer to the product details page for the specific product shape.

How can I care for my chair?

We work hard to ensure that our chairs are of high quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handle of your boulies chair. Please follow the care instructions, avoid direct sunlight and keep the chair away from heat sources. And avoid sitting bare-skinned on your chair.
