This chair was specifically requested by a colleague with a n injured back. The chair met his needs and made working more comfortable for this colleague. We had an incident where another colleague adjusted the settings and damaged the tilt mechanism. Jeff and the service team were really helpful in sending out a replacement part, thank you.

Been using this for a couple of weeks now and honestly it’s a great office chair. The mesh seat allows air flow and keeps cool all day, recline feels smooth, and the head support is actually really useful. I love how adjustable everything is.

Bought this to replace my old cheap chair. Takes a bit of fiddling to get the settings right, but once you do, it's very comfortable. Lumbar support actually sits in the right place, been using it 6-7 hours a day and my lower back definitely feels better. Arms are adjustable enough for my height. Assembly was straightforward, everything lined up. Does exactly what you'd want from a chair in this price range.

As a published author I have spent too much time sitting at my desk and PC in the wrong chair!.
Now that I have this model, I'm feeling much more comfortable and my back is not aching.

It's a decent chair. unfortunately after a couple of months use it's super creaky and makes a ton of noise when reclining. :(

Most noise-related issues we see are caused by screws or connections not being fully tightened during assembly, which can leave small gaps and lead to friction over time. It could also be related to the faulty gas lift or tilt mechanism.
