I work from home and I’m at my desk most of the day, probably 8 hours or so. This chair has been really comfortable, giving me the right support and won’t cause me back pain. I like to just lean back a bit when I’m looking over stuff or taking a break.

The after-sales service has honestly been one of the best I’ve had. The chair was great to begin with, but after a few months it started making a really annoying noise, especially when reclining, which was a bit frustrating.
Jeff was incredibly patient and talked me through how to check where the noise was coming from. I couldn’t get the gas lift apart at first, so he sent me some videos and clear step-by-step instructions and kept guiding me through it. After reinstalling the gas lift properly, the noise completely disappeared, so I’m guessing it just hadn’t been seated quite right during the original setup.
Huge thanks to Jeff for all the help. Really appreciate the time and effort he put into getting it sorted.

I bought this mainly for the adjustable lumbar support, but the whole chair has impressed me. The mesh remains comfortable during long sessions, the armrests are stable and the headrest provides useful support when leaning back. It took a bit of trial to find the ideal settings, but now it feels properly tailored to me. A solid choice for working from home.
