Relax, relax and more relax. Only thing that I think is impossible to get right are the armrests. It's a me problem. I found any armrest not perfectly comfortable for some reason. Don't mind me. This chair is the best I have ever had. Don't think twice, buy it!

Great chair for a home office and love the foot rest feature, very comfy. Was a little tricky to put part of it together but overall easier than I was expecting.

I bought the Master Rex as it was recommended for taller people, I am 6'2", so not tall by today's standards.
The height of the back of the chair is no bigger than my previous chair, when I am sat in the chair my neck and head are above the top of the chair, which in turn renders the neck support useless.

The lumbar controls on the sides of the chair back make no difference at all, so there is no point in them being there.

I am rating 3 stars because the seat cushions are well padded, the arms are good and it went together well.

Is it worth the money paid, no not really. The problem I have is the hassle I will have to go to in order to return it, so I will take the hit, use it until it wears out and not buy another.

We’re sorry to hear that the chair did not fully meet your expectations. Based on your height (6’2”), the Master Max may be a more suitable option for you. It was specifically designed for taller users, featuring a larger and taller backrest and supporting users up to 198cm (6’6”), while the recommended height range for the Master Rex is up to around 180cm (5’10”).

The Master Rex features an integrated lumbar support system with both height and depth adjustments. However, as the chair size may not be the best match for your height, the lumbar support may not provide the level of support you were expecting.

We also offer longer gas lift options to increase the seat height, which may help provide a better fit. Our support team has already sent you a detailed email with further information and guidance.

We’d also like to reassure you that if the chair is not the right fit, we offer a 14-day return policy, so please don’t worry about having to keep a chair that does not meet your needs.
