Boulies Master Computer Chair

I'd been using a yoga ball for the past 5 years, convinced myself I was working my core and kept me sitting better than if I was on a chair, but I was fooling myself. Instead I had become lazy and hunched a lot of the time leading to back and hip pain.

Ordered this, and the customer service was exceptional. I hadn't paid enough attention and didn't realise it came with a head rest already and had ordered on extra. I was emailed to ask if I did indeed want the additional one just in case, and was then promptly refunded when I said I didn't need it, so thank you!

It is so comfortable to sit in, and I feel fully supported in my legs, hips and back. It feels plush and way more expensive than it was. Love it!

Took a leap of faith in the Boulies chair as there are a few competitors out there. However, I liked the idea of a larger option and it looks more of an office chair than an out and out gaming one. I was really pleased with the look of the material after having a leather chair for many years, and it is very comfortable. The tilting mechanism gives all the options I like especially lounging back while I watch TV on my monitor. Putting it together was easy enough but in my case it came with two left hand bracket covers instead of one for both sides. Customer service responded straight away and I received the replacement parts a few days later. My only gripe with the chair is that when I lock it in a reclined postiton I have to re-adjust the tensioner back to the degree I prefer - but this is quite minor for me as I seldom lock it. I was surprised how comfortable the hook-over headrest is - in fact I originally thought it was just a bit gimmicky but now I use it all the time either behind my head or neck. Hopefully I'll get many years of use out of it.

Delivered, beautifully packaged, within 3 days of order. Easy to assemble (applying a modicum of common sense). Extremely comfortable and stylish to look at….pretty cool really.

Am really pleased I shelled out the extra cost for the Boulies Master compared to chairs costing less. Compared to what I was using a month ago the Boulies is so much more comfortable and relaxing to sit in. I expect to be using it for many years'
Construction was straightforward and caused no issues. The chair looks and feels robust with good quality aluminium metals used. The Ultraflex PU material is much better than I was expecting and is comfortable to sit on with the right amount of firmness.
I now appreciate the adjustability aspects that the Boulies gives. The lumbar back buttons on either side could be placed lower for better access but they are still easy enough to adjust and having done it once thay are in the correct position for me. I did find the up/down lever a little strange at first but now find that going up is best achieved by lifting ones bodyweight off the chair slightly with the opposite being the case for going down.
The adjustability (3 different buttons) on the armrests are brilliant and make more difference than I would have thought.
The additional head rest pillow provides comfort for the head when sitting back in the chair and I have used it from day 1.
