The back of the chair is uncomfortable and does not allow the users spine to be in alignment. The chair back starts to curve backward around mid-torso to the shoulders and even in the most upright position the user sits in a reclined state. When sitting at my desk, both arms in almost a straight line to K&M, I have to lean my add head forward to see the monitor. It causes upper back and neck pain. The longer I sit the more the pain. For me it was a waste of money as I already have an uncomfortable chair.

The EP200 comes with a built-in lumbar support that is adjustable both vertically (up/down) and horizontally (in/out). If you still find it uncomfortable after adjusting, the lumbar support can also be completely removed.
If neither of these options resolves the discomfort, we are also happy to provide you with an additional lumbar pillow at no extra cost.

I purchased the Boulies EP200 directly from the Boulies website, and it was delivered on December 30. Overall, this is a solid, firm chair that works well for long workdays.

The seat and back are noticeably firm, which I prefer for posture and support. The adjustable back support is a strong feature and makes a real difference during extended sitting. Assembly was straightforward and did not take long. I did accidentally install the first armrest on the wrong side, but that was due to my own haste, not unclear instructions.

There are a few areas where the design could improve. I wish the headrest had horizontal adjustment, as that would help fine-tune neck support. The swivel mechanism on the armrests is also very sensitive and gets bumped easily, which causes them to shift more than I would like.

My main concern is with how the chair is advertised. Several product images on the website appear to show a different chair. When the EP200 arrived, I initially thought there had been a shipping error. After reviewing the listing again, I noticed that some images do match the chair I received, while others clearly do not, all labeled as the EP200. This was confusing and should be corrected for clarity.

Overall, the chair itself is comfortable, supportive, and well-built, but the product listing needs more consistency and accuracy.
