I saw these advertised some time back and thought about purchasing one but decided to do some more research. After a while I completely forgot the brand name and simply could not find them again. I looked at some other well known brands which were considerably more expensive than this but hesitated. As the end of my financial year approached I decided to spend some money from the business and the advert for Boulies reappeared. This time I did my research more quickly and decided that the Master chair was the best value for money from the couple I had narrowed my choices to.
I placed the order and then spent a couple of days wondering if I had done the right thing. The chair arrived (with one leg poking out of the box but only slightly scuffed) The clumsy courier was to blame here and although I could have returned it, I knew the legs would get marked anyway and I couldn't see it when stood up (my choice).
The chair build is easy and it is clearly well made but how's the comfort? Well, having never had a gaming chair before, I was surprised at how firm it is, very different to the office chairs I've had over my working life. That said, having used it for a week now I can say it is the most comfortable chair I've ever had at my desk and that I wish I'd bought it a long time ago. I certainly wouldn't think twice about ordering another one.
A word of warning though; whilst writing a report late the other evening I tipped the chair back to consider my paragraph construction and lost about an hour and half to a very comfortable but unexpected snooze! It's amazing how far these chairs can recline and I would advise against doing too much of it during an online meeting (especially if you snore!).
