Boulies Master Series Computer Chair

What a difference this chair is over an old non ergonomic office chair. The levels of adjustment are excellent and it’s extremely well put together.
No complaints so far and seeing a benefit in terms of back pain and neck pain slowly starting to alleviate after only a week.

After tedious issues with the chair to start, it has done me well and still functions as a chair. Originally, it started creaking within days of use and the arm would scrape along the side, they offered me replacement parts.
However, the chair isn't very comfortable (likely so they can charge you £40 to £80 for their cushioning products). The arm rests are especially lacking in this regard, no padding whatsoever.
The seat has started to warp with permanent dents in the fabric and the sponge inside the seat has had chunks falling out the bottom in chunks.
This chair is starting to show the same decrease in quality as I had with the £100 Amazon chair I bought before this one.
The best feature is the back of the chair, but even that has its downsides as it moves jarringly and doesn't support anything other than the middle of your back, despite the main gimmick of the chair being the lumbar support. The headrest also doesn't have any way to adjust it, so unless you're the perfect height then it will always be in the way.
I feel as though coming back months later to give a review is very important because so many people will give a good review the second they get the product when most people want to know the longevity of it. I hope this helps!

Overall the chair was superb. The ar rests however were awful. I went through 3 sets in the space of 3 months all with the same failure, credit to Boulies their support is top notch and will always try to rectify the issue. The chair itself was comfortable, but not quite for long periods. It became hard as a rock after about 4 hours of sitting each day. Chairs a viable option but doesn't compete with my GT Omega Zephyr.

I ordered the Master originally but found it to be too small for my height, that was my fault in not checking the heights. I contacted the company expecting them to say they couldn't help as I no longer had the original packaging. However they agreed to send out the larger seat and back rest from the MAX. Fast response and brilliant service from them, really pleased.
